Fifth Conference Copenhagen: Water in urban areas and planning law
The fifth Conference of the Platform of experts in Planning Law took place in warm and sunny Copenhagen.
The conference started with a presentation ‘Comparative Planning Law Research’ by Rachelle Altermann. In the morning a case concerning ‘Water in urban areas and planning law’ was discussed. Helle Tegner Anker gave a brief introduction to the case and expressed the Danish point of view. After that Pieter Jong and Fred Hobma (The Netherlands) and Tim Schwarz (Germany) presented their response to the case. This led to a lively panel-discussion chaired by Rachelle Altermann .

Followed by discussion.
All participants expressed their intention for a follow up to the further exchange of knowledge through this website and a sixth conference next year.
